REFUNDS & CANCELATION RULES
Review our Refund & Cancellation Policy to understand booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and other important terms before your visit.
- A one-time extension may be granted at Explorers' discretion, subject to approval.
- Unused Full Day Passes cancelled more than 6 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund, rebooking, or credit.
- Unused Full Day Passes cancelled less than 6 hours before the booking are eligible for rebooking or credit only.
- If a guest leaves early after using a Full Day Pass, the remaining value may be issued as credit.
- Guests may convert a Full Day Pass to a 1-Hour or 2-Hour Pass, with the fare difference issued as credit.
- Pre-booked Free Play Area bookings may be rescheduled in line with Explorers' booking policy.
- All cancellation, refund, rebooking, and credit requests must be made by calling 600 599905.
ADDMISSION RULES
Minimum Height & Adult Supervision Requirements
- Free Play: 90 – 110 cm (supervised); 110cm+ (independent).
- Toddler Area: 75 cm+ (supervised).
- Water Play: 75 – 110 cm (supervised).
- Under 75cm: Cannot access play areas
Adulat Supervisions
- Children under 110 cm must be supervised by an adult. Children 110 cm and above may play independently in Free Play.
Late Collection & Overstay
- A free play charge may apply. A payment link will be sent, though charges may be waived at Explorers’ discretion.
